CRM Specialist - Telesales
Department: Sales / Inside Sales
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Presales Lead
Shift Timing: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
Work Days: 6 Days a Week (Week Off on Tuesday; Sunday is a Working Day)
Role Objective
To drive sales pipeline through high-volume cold calling, active follow-ups, and scheduling qualified site visits. This position plays a crucial role in building first contact with clients and driving business conversions through effective telesales and CRM discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients sourced from online platforms, referrals, or marketing campaigns.
Introduce 4K Sports Infra's offerings clearly--sports infra solutions like turf, acrylic courts, modular tiles, etc.
Qualify leads based on budget, urgency, location, and decision-making ability.
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate site visits with the Field Sales Team.
Follow up regularly with leads until conversion or closure, keeping CRM data accurate and up to date.
Respond to incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries during assigned hours.
Track and report daily calling activity, visit conversions, and lead status to the sales manager.
Coordinate internally with Engineering/Project team for any technical queries from clients.
Key Requirements
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 5+ years in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales in Real Estate, Construction, Interiors, or Infra industry
Skills:
Excellent spoken communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu
High energy, persuasive, confident on calls
Experience with CRM/Lead Management tools
Good coordination, follow-up, and closing ability
Excel/WhatsApp/Email handling
Shift Requirement: Must be comfortable with 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM shift and working on Sundays

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
