Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English (both

written and verbal) and a proven ability to manage, analyze, and optimize CRM systems to

strengthen customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Strategy:

Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance customer

engagement, loyalty, and retention.

Data Management:

Maintain and oversee CRM databases, ensuring accuracy,

consistency, and data integrity.

?

Customer Segmentation:

Identify and segment customer groups to support targeted

marketing and communication efforts.

?

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and analyze CRM and marketing campaigns to

drive customer conversions and satisfaction.

?

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer

service teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

?

Sales Support:

Provide actionable customer insights to the sales team and manage

lead tracking within the CRM system.

?

Reporting & Analytics:

Generate performance reports and analyze customer data to

support business decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

? Minimum

2 years of experience

in CRM management or a similar role

? Strong proficiency in

CRM tools and data analysis

? Excellent

English communication skills

(reading, writing, and verbal)

? Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

? Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
