The CRM Specialist will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management. This role involves collaborating with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance client interactions, streamline processes, and boost overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Customize CRM features and functionalities to meet the unique needs of our real estate business.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze CRM data to generate reports and insights on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
Client Relationship Management:
Assist in managing client interactions, follow-ups, and communication
Support the creation and execution of customer retention strategies.
Skills:
