Role Overview:

We are seeking a CRM Specialist with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM and related platforms. You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our CRM workflows, integrations, and automation journeys. This role requires close collaboration with both marketing and sales teams to drive efficient lead handling, communication automation, and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

:

Implement and optimize CRM systems (primarily Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Bigin); ensure alignment with business and sales objectives

Build and maintain automated lead assignment, sales journeys, and nurture workflows (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)

Integrate CRM with WhatsApp (Zoko, Interakt), Ozontel, and WordPress

Set up and manage campaign automation tools across channels

Develop and maintain custom dashboards, reporting, and performance insights for leadership

Segment leads for retargeting and re-engagement using behavioral and campaign data

Provide CRM training and ongoing support to the internal team

Act as the bridge between marketing, sales, and tech for all CRM-related enhancements

Drive continuous optimization and documentation of workflows

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years working with Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Creator etc.

Strong understanding of CRM journey building, automation, and integrations

Proven experience in lead tracking, sales pipeline optimization, and CRM analytics

Familiarity with tools like Zoho Flow, Wati,, and 3rd-party platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n)

Experience integrating telephony systems, websites, WhatsApp APIs into CRM

Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, APIs for deeper customization

Experience in real estate CRM workflows or sales processes

Prior experience with BFSI, Retail, or Service sector automation
