Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

CRM Specialist

to manage and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) system. As a CRM Specialist in our IT company, you will play a pivotal role in improving customer engagement, driving lead nurturing, and ensuring seamless CRM integration across departments like Sales, Marketing, and Support.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:

Administer and maintain the company's CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation to enhance user productivity and customer journey tracking.

Data Integrity & Segmentation:

Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and completeness of customer records. Segment leads and customers based on demographics, behavior, and engagement levels.

Marketing & Sales Enablement:

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to set up automated email campaigns, drip campaigns, and lead scoring models. Analyze campaign effectiveness and propose optimization strategies.

Customer Insights & Reporting:

Generate regular reports on customer behavior, funnel conversion, and CRM KPIs. Provide actionable insights to improve sales performance and customer retention.

CRM Integration & Support:

Integrate CRM with other platforms like ERP, website forms, email tools, support systems, etc. Provide user support and CRM training to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with customer journey mapping. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
