Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the
Sales Team
once a customer books a project
Act as the single point of contact for customers after booking
Coordinate the next level processes including documentation, agreements, and approvals
Assist customers in the
home loan process
by coordinating with banks, NBFCs, and loan agents
Collect, verify, and track customer documents related to booking and loan processing
Schedule site visits, agreement signings, and registration activities
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and internal teams
Maintain accurate customer data and updates in the CRM system
Address customer queries and provide regular status updates
Ensure a smooth handover process and high customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0 -3 years of experience in
CRM / Customer Relationship / Site Coordination
(Real Estate preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of real estate booking, documentation, and loan procedures
Ability to work closely with sales teams and external stakeholders
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in
Real Estate CRM / Site CRM
Familiarity with
bank loan processes
and documentation
Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups efficiently
