Job Description

To enhance customer satisfaction and vehicle service compliance by proactively contacting customers and reminding them of due and upcoming vehicle services, ensuring timely workshop visits and long-term customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

Service Reminder Calling

Call customers to inform them about upcoming or overdue vehicle service schedules. Explain service benefits and importance of timely maintenance. Fix service appointments as per customer convenience.

Customer Database Management

Maintain and update customer and vehicle service records in CRM/DMS software. Ensure accuracy of contact details, vehicle details, and service history.

Follow-up & Coordination

Follow up with customers who missed or postponed service appointments. Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams to confirm bookings.

Customer Feedback & Complaint Handling

Collect customer feedback after service completion. Record complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.

Customer Retention Activities

Promote AMC, service packages, and seasonal service camps. Inform customers about special offers, recall campaigns, or service drives.

Reporting

Prepare daily and monthly reports on calls made, appointments fixed, and conversions. Track service reminder effectiveness and customer response.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
