Handle post-service customer follow-ups and feedback calls.
Resolve customer complaints in coordination with the service manager.
Maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) reports and targets.
Ensure regular updates to customers on vehicle service progress.
Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
Requirements:
Graduate with 2+ years of experience in customer handling.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with DMS/CRM systems in the automobile industry preferred.
