Reports To: CRM Business ManagerROLE FUNCTION AND PURPOSEThe CRM - Salesforce Project Manager will be involved in all aspects of the CRM platform development life-cycle, from project/feature prioritization, requirement engineering, and development oversight through testing, release and support for products serving our end user community. Acting as a liaison between business and technology, creative problem solving, impeccable communication and attention to detail are key skills expected in this role. The key responsibility is to lead a team of internal Salesforce professionals across 3 regions to deliver projects to agreed specification and within agreed timescales.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe CRM - Salesforce Project Manager works closely with stakeholders on business requirements, drafting the requirements documentation / user stories and overseeing the user acceptance testing across multiple departmental projects.
