Develop and execute CRM strategies to acquire, retain, and grow customer relationships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities using CRM data and insights. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Work closely with marketing to launch targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation. Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations. Follow up on leads, schedule meetings/demos, and manage the sales pipeline via the CRM. Train and support other team members in CRM usage and best practices. Ensure data hygiene and integrity across all customer records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, support, product) to enhance customer engagement.
