Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
CRM Sales Manager
with a strong
interior design background
to manage client relationships, drive sales conversions, and enhance customer experience throughout the interior design and furniture sales journey.
The ideal candidate should understand
interior layouts, materials, space planning, and project workflows
, while efficiently managing CRM pipelines, follow-ups, and post-sales coordination.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects through consultations and proposals
Maintain long-term relationships with customers from inquiry to project handover
Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the sales lifecycle
CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead status, follow-ups, and communication logs
Track sales funnels, deal closures, and customer interactions
Ensure timely follow-ups, reminders, and re-engagement strategies
Generate CRM-based reports on lead conversion, sales performance, and customer behavior
Interior Design Sales Support
Understand client requirements related to
layouts, styles, budgets, and materials
Coordinate with interior designers, production teams, and project managers
Assist in presenting
design concepts, BOQs, estimates, and timelines
Explain furniture specifications, finishes, and customization options clearly to clients
Revenue Growth & Conversion Optimization
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (furniture, modular units, add-ons)
Improve lead-to-conversion ratios through consultative selling
Support marketing campaigns by providing CRM insights and customer feedback
Post-Sales & Customer Experience
Ensure smooth transition from sales to execution teams
Handle customer queries, escalations, and feedback professionally
Monitor project milestones and keep clients informed
Drive repeat business and referrals through excellent service
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
Bachelor's degree in
Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field
residential interiors, modular furniture, and materials
Hands-on experience with
CRM tools
(Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Ability to read floor plans and understand interior drawings
Preferred
Experience working with
home interior brands or furniture manufacturers
Knowledge of pricing, BOQs, and project costing
Familiarity with digital lead sources (website, WhatsApp, social media, marketplaces)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Lead-to-conversion ratio
Monthly and quarterly sales targets
CRM data accuracy and follow-up compliance
Customer satisfaction and repeat business
Average sales cycle duration
