Lakdi.com is hiring a CRM & Sales Manager with a strong background in interior design and sales. This role blends CRM management with client engagement and project coordination - ideal if you want to manage CRM workflows for interior and furniture sales, coordinate with design teams, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture solutions.
Provide detailed information about products, features, and pricing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current furniture trends and factory offerings.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Assist with QC management.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Skills & Qualifications Required
? Good communication and relationship building
? Experience with CRM tools
? Background in furniture sales
? Good negotiation skills
? 2-6 years relevant experience preferred
