About the Role:
This role focuses on managing
customer relationships, referral programs, and loyalty engagement
to drive repeat business and brand advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with existing customers and communities to
generate referrals and repeat business
.
Conduct
on-ground events, activations, and customer meets
across Mumbai.
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
Work closely with
sales and marketing teams
to run referral and loyalty campaigns.
Track program performance and achieve monthly targets.
Who We're Looking For:
3+ years
of experience in
Sales, Customer Relations, Loyalty/Referral Programs, or Customer Engagement
.
Background in
Interiors, Real Estate, Hospitality, BFSI, Lifestyle, or EdTech (B2B/B2C)
preferred.
Confident, well-spoken, and good with people
(especially HNIs).
Comfortable with
travel across Mumbai
and
weekend work (Mon/Tue off)
.
