Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and follow-up calls related to sales and service.
Maintain and update customer database in CRM software.
Ensure timely communication with customers regarding bookings, deliveries, and feedback.
Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer handling.
Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets.
Requirements:
Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
1-3 years of experience in customer relationship or sales coordination (automobile experience preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
