We are looking for a detail-driven and communication-focused, sales experienced, professional to manage the complete CRM workflow for admissions related to our
JEE and NEET preparation programs
.
This role combines
lead handling and first-level counselling
, ensuring parents receive clear and accurate information and experience a seamless journey from first enquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, track, and prioritize all incoming leads from
Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, Website enquiries
, and other sources.
Act as the
first point of contact
for all new leads -- respond within
1 hour
and conduct the
first counselling call with parents
.
Provide clear and structured program information including syllabus, teaching methodology, faculty, schedules, fee structure, and admission process.
Allocate leads to the respective team members after initial interaction and ensure timely follow-ups are completed.
Monitor and report CRM metrics such as:
Lead source performance
Response time compliance
Counselling-to-follow-up status
Conversion funnel progress
Parent engagement trends
Execute communication and drip campaigns across
WhatsApp Business, email, SMS, and call channels
to maximize conversions.
Maintain
data hygiene, accuracy, and standardization
within the CRM -- ensuring all records are complete and actionable.
Identify bottlenecks in the lead journey and coordinate with internal teams to reduce delays and drop-offs.
Ensure all communications follow ethical standards, compliance regulations, and data privacy guidelines.
Skills & Competencies

Proficient in English, Kannada and Hindi languages
Pro in Sales, prior experience in sales is a plus
