Key Responsibilities:
Interact with international leads via calls, emails, and chats
Understand client requirements and pitch the right products
Build strong relationships and trust with existing and potential clients
Handle CRM software for tracking leads, follow-ups, and reporting
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction
Achieve monthly sales targets with smart selling techniques
Maintain professionalism and high-quality communication at all times
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills - both spoken and written
Confident, persuasive, and good at customer handling
Quick learner with a positive and target-driven attitude
Previous experience in BPO/Telecalling/CRM/Sales is a plus
Comfortable working in the night shift (US/UK clients)
Should be a good team player and proactive in approach
