Manage and update the CRM database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Plan and execute customer retention, loyalty, and engagement campaigns.
Analyze customer data and prepare reports on purchase behavior, feedback, and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and outlet teams to implement customer experience initiatives.
Handle customer interactions professionally across all communication channels (email, calls, WhatsApp, etc.).
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and develop strategies to improve the same.
Support the design and management of loyalty programs and referral initiatives.
Identify trends and insights to improve customer lifecycle management and enhance ROI from CRM activities.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy policies in all customer communication.
