About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Manage customer accounts and track feedback to improve services.
Support sales and marketing initiatives for client engagement and retention.
Prepare reports and maintain CRM software records.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / related field.
Prior experience in client handling, sales support, or CRM.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle client escalations smoothly.
Knowledge of CRM tools/software (preferred).
