Job Description

1. Email Marketing Manage bulk and segmented email campaigns

Create AMC reminders, service alerts, renewal nudges Maintain email lists, clean data, and track open/click rates Tools typically used: Zoho, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or CRM emails
2. WhatsApp Marketing (High Priority)

Run broadcast campaigns (AMC reminders, service updates, offers) Handle incoming WhatsApp queries professionally Coordinate with service team for follow-ups Use WhatsApp Business / WhatsApp API tools
3. AMC Renewal Calls (Critical)

Call existing customers before AMC expiry Explain AMC benefits clearly and close renewals Coordinate payment follow-ups with accounts team Maintain call logs and renewal status in CRM
4. Campaign Execution

Plan monthly communication calendar: AMC reminders Service reminders Upgrade offers Festival / seasonal campaigns Execute campaigns end-to-end (no micromanagement)
5. CRM & Reporting

Update CRM with call notes and customer status Track: AMC renewals Response rates Campaign performance Share simple weekly reports
