Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high engagement through calls, emails, and messages.
Qualify leads based on interest level, budget, and project relevance.
Track prospect progress through the sales funnel and update CRM accordingly.
2. CRM System Management
Maintain accurate, updated customer data in the CRM platform
Create, update, and monitor workflows, dashboards, and reports.
Identify data gaps and ensure data quality.
Provide insights to sales and marketing teams based on CRM analytics.
3. Customer Experience & Relationship Building
Act as the primary point of contact for pre-sales and post-sales customer communication.
Coordinate site visits, meetings, and follow-up activities.
Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth experience throughout the sales cycle.
Support client onboarding and documentation during booking.
4. Reporting & Analytics
Generate daily/weekly/monthly lead performance reports.
Monitor conversion metrics, pipeline health, and lead aging.
Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
5. Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Support marketing campaigns by segmenting customers and executing CRM outreach.
Assist in events, launch campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
