Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

to drive business growth and client acquisition in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and date using a CRM system to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline sales and drive loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:



Tacking leads

Managing post-sales processes.

Personalizing client communications.

Analyzing reports to support sales and marketing strategies.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Proven experience of working in the real estate sector. (Exp - 3years and above)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership and organizational abilities.

Handhold clients through the entire relationship cycle.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Knowledge of the local real estate market is a strong advantage.

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time



Pay: 30,000 - 45,000 per month

HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka
