Manage and maintain the CRM database with accurate client and lead information.
Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely communication and nurturing.
Coordinate with the sales team to track customer journeys and improve conversion rates.
Respond to client queries, schedule property visits, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Generate regular reports on lead status, client feedback, and sales pipeline progress.
Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with customer engagement strategies.
Ensure timely documentation and communication during the booking, payment, and handover processes.
Identify and resolve customer issues promptly to enhance service quality and retention.
