The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating installation tasks, managing customer communication, material procurement, documentation, and ensuring smooth project delivery for rooftop solar, solar water heater, and solar street light projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
complete customer lifecycle
, from enquiry to installation and handover.
Assign and monitor daily tasks for field installation teams and ensure timely completion of work.
Coordinate
procurement and purchasing of materials
, vendor follow-ups, and material dispatch tracking.
Maintain regular communication with customers to provide project updates, resolve queries, and ensure satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain project-related documents including:
Quotations & purchase orders
Material request notes
Delivery challans
Installation reports & invoices
Collaborate with project managers, stores team, vendors, and technicians to ensure seamless project flow.
Handle post-installation customer support & coordinate service visits where required.
Maintain internal reports: task tracking sheets, project progress updates, attendance reports, and purchase logs.
Assist with office administration and general operational support.
Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
