Job Overview:
We are looking for a CRM Process Champion to optimize, manage, and enhance CRM processes within the Sales and Marketing department. The role involves streamlining workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will leverage CRM tools for personalization and automation. This role is critical in driving customer engagement and retention strategies. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and streamline CRM processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Identify workflow gaps or inefficiencies and implement effective process improvements.
Develop and implement best practices for CRM usage with a focus on automation and personalization.
Oversee daily operations of CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate CRM with sales, marketing, and customer support platforms.
Monitor CRM system performance and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed.
Collect, track, and analyze customer data to generate actionable insights for business decisions.
Provide regular reports on customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings, and provide training on CRM best practices.
Assist in developing customer segmentation strategies and support targeted marketing campaigns.
Create and maintain up-to-date CRM process documentation, manuals, and training materials.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
5 years of professional experience in CRM processes or related roles.
Experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
Good understanding of CRM software and integrations.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi preferred.
Strong analytical thinking with ability to provide practical CRM solutions.
Ability to collaborate across departments and drive process improvements.
