We are seeking a polished, articulate, and customer-focused CRM Executive to be the bridge between our brand and our valued clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, and premium customers.
Understand client needs and provide accurate product/service information.
Handle inbound and outbound client communication via calls, emails, and in-person meetings when required.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and updated client data in the CRM system.
Organize and follow up on client meetings, presentations, and events.
Prepare regular reports on client engagement and feedback.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English skills (mandatory).
Confident, professional, and pleasant communication style.
Previous experience in dealing with high-end clients, preferably in interiors, architecture, luxury goods, or related fields.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
