Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.
Develop and execute CRM campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
Analyze customer data and behavior to generate insights and drive targeted marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align CRM efforts.
Track and report on key CRM metrics (open rates, conversion, retention, etc.).
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to enhance the customer journey.
Maintain compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, if applicable).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle, and retention strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
