Maintain and update the customer database, including records of inquiries, orders, payment status, and follow-ups.
Coordinate between sales, dyeing, dispatch, and production teams to ensure timely updates to customers.
Track customer interactions across touchpoints (email, calls, visits, WhatsApp, etc.).
Create and execute communication campaigns for new fabric launches, offers, order status updates, and re-engagement.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly by coordinating with internal departments.
Generate periodic reports on customer activity, sales trends, and satisfaction levels.
Analyze customer buying behavior and suggest loyalty or reactivation strategies.
Maintain records of customer-specific requirements such as fabric specs, finishes, payment terms, etc.
Support the sales team with lead follow-ups, quotations, and relationship building.
