Job Title: CRM & Operations Executive



Location: Coimbatore



Job Summary:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM & Operations Executive to manage and optimize our broadband and IPTV provisioning workflows, CRM margin calculations, incentive processes, and hardware reconciliations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting, contributing to SKYPLAY's operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and support daily ISP operations including broadband and IPTV activations.

Oversee CRM workflows including data accuracy, margin calculations, and incentive workings.

Perform reconciliation of Firestick devices and Optical Network Terminals (ONTs) to ensure inventory accuracy.

Coordinate agreement signing and documentation processes with partners and internal teams.

Prepare and deliver weekly sales meeting reports and PLI (Product Line Income) reports.

Collaborate with finance, operations, and Network Operations Center (NOC) teams for timely and accurate report inputs.

Monitor and streamline activation pipelines to meet Daily Activation Run Rate (DARR) and BTS-related targets.

Assist in CRM integration with OLT/ONT systems for seamless provisioning tracking.

Maintain detailed MIS (Management Information System) documentation and assist in process improvements.

Support team with data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other formulas to generate actionable insights.

Qualifications and Experience:



1 to 3 years of relevant experience in ISP operations, CRM handling, or MIS roles.

Strong knowledge of ISP operations and broadband provisioning processes.

Hands-on experience with CRM systems and telecom operations.

Excellent proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Prior experience or familiarity with OLT/ONT CRM integration is preferred.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
