We are looking for an experienced
CRM Executive - Operations
from the logistics industry to manage customer relationships and act as the
front face of the company with clients
. The role involves
client rendition
, escalation handling, shipment monitoring, and coordination with internal operations teams to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the
front-facing point of contact
for clients
Handle
client rendition
meetings, service discussions, and performance reviews
Manage customer escalations and resolve service issues within TAT
Coordinate with operations and finance teams for smooth execution
Track shipments, delays, and service performance
Maintain CRM systems and prepare reports
Requirements:
3+ years experience in logistics / courier / cargo operations
Strong experience in
client handling and rendition
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Ability to handle pressure and escalations
Mandatory Requirements
