The CRM Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the company's customer relationship management system. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
The CRM Manager works closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of CRM tools to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? CRM Strategy Development: Develop and execute CRM strategies that support the company's business objectives and enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
? Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify key segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to optimize customer engagement and retention.
? Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, and in-app messaging.
? Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze customer behaviour and campaign performance metrics to optimize CRM initiatives.
? CRM System Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and integration with other platforms.
? Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM activities with broader business strategies.
? Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and optimize customer journey maps to ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
? Reporting: Create and present regular reports on CRM performance, customer insights, and campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders.
? Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure the CRM system and related tools are up-to-date and meet business needs.
