Key Responsibilities
CRM Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer data in the CRM system accurately
Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and service requests
Coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams for CRM-related updates
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates in the CRM
Generate CRM reports related to customer performance, follow-ups, and service status
MIS Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Analyze data and share insights with management
Maintain records related to attendance, performance, and operations
Ensure timely submission of reports with high accuracy
Support management with ad-hoc data and reports as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM and MIS roles
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
