Job Summary:

Coordinate effectively with clients and customers to address and resolve their queries promptly and professionally Maintain excellent communication to build strong relationships and enhance customer satisfaction Assist in managing client accounts and update client information regularly to ensure accuracy Support the director and senior management by completing all assigned tasks and projects within deadlines Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client-related activities and follow-ups Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and suggest actionable solutions Handle documentation and prepare reports related to client interactions and feedback as required Proactively follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and timely resolution of issues Uphold the company's values and represent K95 Foods Pvt Ltd with a positive and professional attitude Female candidates only
