Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-up.
Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email professionally.
Site Visit Coordination
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and internal teams.
Escort clients to the project location and explain features on-site.
Ensure a smooth and impressive site visit experience.
CRM & Documentation
Update leads and follow-up status in CRM tools or Excel trackers.
Coordinate with sales team for booking formalities.
Share project brochures, pricing, and necessary documents with clients.
Sales Support
Assist the sales team in closing deals and post-sales coordination.
Follow up on pending documentation and feedback.
Provide after-sales service and customer care as required.
