Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle.
Ensure effective handling of customer queries, complaints, and escalations to achieve timely resolution.
Conduct market surveys to understand customer requirements and market trends.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the management team.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for planning and execution of sales promotion activities.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions for loan processing and documentation support.
Follow up with customers for payment collections and ensure timely recovery.
Oversee possession handover process and ensure completion of all related documentation.
Coordinate closely with site engineers for project updates, construction progress, and customer communication.
Act as a bridge between customers, builders, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data accuracy for reporting and analysis.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong customer relationship management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Knowledge of real estate processes and documentation
Ability to handle customer grievances professionally
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Preferred Qualification:
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in real estate CRM or customer service roles
