Experience

: Minimum 2 years in CRM (Real Estate Industry Mandatory)

Software Knowledge

: 4QT CRM Software experience is required

Key Responsibilities

:

Manage and maintain the CRM database using 4QT software Monitor and respond to customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and customer service teams Track leads, client interactions, and manage follow-ups for sales closures Analyze customer feedback and generate insights to improve service and retention Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation Support post-sales customer engagement and satisfaction initiatives Prepare CRM performance reports for management review

Requirements

:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum 2 years of CRM experience in the Real Estate industry

(mandatory)

Hands-on experience with 4QT CRM software
