Job Description

1. CRM System Management:



- Implement and manage the CRM system to meet the specific needs of the architectural firm.

- Customize and configure the CRM platform to align with the firm's client management processes.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the CRM system.

2. Payment Follow-up:



- Invoicing, Payment Tracking, Communication, Documentation, Coordination, Reporting.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:



- Generate regular reports on client interactions, project status, and other relevant data using the CRM system.

- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in client relationships.

4. Client Onboarding and Engagement:



- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth integration into the CRM system.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

5. Collaboration with Teams:



- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM processes.

- Facilitate communication between different departments to enhance overall client experience.

6. Workflow Optimization:



- Identify and implement process improvements within the CRM system to streamline workflows.

- Work closely with team leads to understand their needs and tailor CRM functionalities to optimize their efficiency.

7. Client Communication:



- Assist in the development of client communication strategies to maintain open and transparent lines of communication.

- Monitor and respond to client inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

8. Quality Assurance:



- Conduct regular audits of CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Implement best practices to maintain data quality standards.

9. User Training and Support:



- Conduct training sessions for staff members on the effective use of the CRM system.

- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing any technical issues or concerns related to the CRM platform.

Preferred candidate profile



- Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing (Preferably from Architecture and construction industry-related fields).

- Proven experience in CRM system administration and management.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with the architecture or construction industry is a plus.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
