Job Role and Profile:



Sound Expertise in

Technical documentations pertains to BBA, TPT, Agreements like Property Transfer, Sales/ Re-Sale, Project Finance and Coordination with Bankers & Financial Institutions

Excellence in

Customer Relations Procedures, Systems and eccentricity

to ensure smooth transition in clients queries and Solutions. Ensure

timely Demand Raising for Payments, Collections and coordination with the stakeholders.

Excellence in Coordination with

Clients, Stakeholders and Banking -Financial Institutions

End to End spectrums of Post Sales Services, Custodian of CRM Systems and Processes

Oversee and manage

Customer Records, Demand Generations, Collections & ensure fund flows.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Maintain

Financial Accounts by Processing customer adjustments.

Prepares product or service reports by

collecting and analysing customer information.

Excellent

Customer Handling and Customer Relations Management.

Post Sales activity management and ensuring the Zero-defect function as per laid down policies and systems

Close coordination with

Senior Management and Stakeholders

Leadership Skill and ability to the manage Front End, Back End and ERP Team.

Follow up with the Customers and Channel partners on case-to-case basis.

Closure of email queries within stipulated TAT.

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills


Preferred candidate profile:



Shall have

10+Yrs of Exp in CRM-Front end/ Back End Post Sales Support in Real Estate Development

Be able to manage large Size of Residential, Group Housing /Township and Commercial Projects from launch to Possession and Handover to Clients.

Payment Collections/ dues from clients

Excellent customer service and client relations skills.

Tech Savvy, Sound presentations and interpersonal skills


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
