The CRM Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, CRM systems, and supporting sales, service, and production coordination in a manufacturing environment to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CRM system for customers, dealers, and distributors
Track sales leads, orders, dispatches, and customer complaints
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Service teams
Ensure accurate customer, order, and warranty data in CRM
Generate CRM reports for management (sales pipeline, order status, service cases)
Improve customer retention and after-sales service process
Train users on CRM system and best practices
Handle CRM system upgrades and vendor coordination
Skills & Requirements:
Experience with CRM tools (SAP CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, MS Dynamics, etc.)
Knowledge of manufacturing sales cycles and order management
Strong coordination and communication skills
Basic data analysis and reporting skills
Team handling experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
