will oversee and enhance customer experience across all Challani Jewellery Mart showrooms. The role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, implementing loyalty programs, resolving escalations, and ensuring consistent service quality across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships across all showrooms from the corporate office.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
Monitor showroom performance in terms of customer satisfaction, feedback, and retention.
Implement CRM strategies, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
Train showroom staff on customer service standards, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for promotions, events, and campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, complaints, and service KPIs.
Ensure consistency in customer service policies and practices across all locations.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CRM or customer service, preferably in retail/jewellery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Leadership skills to guide and coordinate with showroom teams.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
