Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy:

Develop & implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement & retention.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor & evaluate CRM team for high performance.

Client Relationship:

Build & maintain strong client connections to ensure satisfaction & loyalty.

Data & Insights:

Manage customer data integrity & analyze trends for strategic decisions.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Work with Sales, Marketing & Operations for aligned customer strategies.

Performance Monitoring:

Track KPIs & report insights to senior management.

Training & Development:

Educate staff on CRM tools & best practices.

Process Optimization:

Improve CRM workflows & customer service efficiency.

Customer Feedback:

Implement mechanisms for feedback & service improvement.

Budget Management:

Optimize CRM resources & recommend tools for better performance.

- Experience in Interiors/Construction industry preferred.

- Hands on Experience in CRM is an Added Advantage.

- Experience:

Minimum 5 years
