Key Responsibilities



Handle post-sales customer engagement and documentation Coordinate with sales and site teams for smooth handovers Manage client queries, updates, and follow-ups Ensure timely collection of payments and agreement execution Maintain CRM database and track customer lifecycle Support deal closure and upselling opportunities

Requirements



10+ Experience in real estate CRM and sales coordination Strong communication and relationship-building skills Familiarity with CRM tools and documentation processes Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines Fluent in English and Tamil
