We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty. You will play a critical role in analyzing customer data and collaborating with various teams to enhance our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Analyze customer data and insights to improve marketing campaigns and sales efforts. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of CRM initiatives. Manage the CRM system and ensure data integrity and accuracy. Train and support team members on CRM tools and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications



5-8 years of experience in CRM management or related fields. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
