We are looking for a dedicated CRM Manager who can ensure a superior customer experience and maintain strong client relationships throughout the post-booking lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Documentation
Handle all booking formalities for customers willing to proceed with their purchase.
Assist customers with allotment of flats, registration, cancellations, transfer of deeds, and related documentation.
Coordinate and support customers with bank loan processes, documentation, and issue resolution.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with booked customers for payment follow-ups, project updates, and query resolution.
Meet every booked customer visiting the site office and ensure 100% resolution of their concerns.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent service standards and timely responses.
Payment & Demand Management
Manage collection of payment dues as per construction-linked demand notices.
Generate payment demands as per customer payment schedules and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and updated MIS records of all booked customers, including payment plans, schedules, and status updates.
Customer Service & Coordination
Manage all post-booking services till possession, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects) to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates.
Continuously monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality and customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in CRM/customer service within the real estate sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer interactions with patience, clarity, and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer cases simultaneously.
