Key Responsibilities:



Audit daily CRM entries, including

calls, follow-ups, and lead status accuracy

. Identify and report leads incorrectly marked as

dead, junk, or closed

. Audit

sales team performance

based on CRM activity. Ensure

proper lead flow and process adherence

across the team. Generate

performance reports

and highlight improvement areas. Conduct

CRM process training sessions

for new and existing team members. Coordinate with management to

improve CRM utilization

and drive better conversions. Maintain

data hygiene and transparency

across the CRM platform.

Skills & Requirements:



Hands-on experience with any major

Real Estate CRM

Strong analytical and audit skills. Good communication and reporting abilities. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of process compliance. Ability to train and guide a team effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
