Manage and maintain the real estate CRM platform
Ensure proper lead capture, routing, and follow-up systems are in place to support sales goals.
Set up and optimize automated workflows for client nurturing (email/SMS campaigns, drip campaigns).
Segment client databases (buyers, sellers, renters, investors) for personalized outreach.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute targeted outreach and re-engagement campaigns.
Analyze CRM data to identify client trends, behavior patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor KPIs such as lead response time, conversion rate, pipeline velocity, and client retention.
Train agents and staff on CRM usage, best practices, and new features.
Ensure CRM data hygiene and compliance with applicable data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
