Key Responsibilities
Handle customer onboarding and post-sales communication.
Manage buyer documentation, agreements, demand letters, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for smooth process flow.
Maintain CRM data, trackers, and customer status updates.
Manage client queries, grievances, and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management throughout the buyer journey.
Support in possession coordination and handover processes.
Required Experience & Skills
2 years of experience in Real Estate (mandatory).
Strong understanding of post-sales processes, documentation, and RERA basics.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
Can manage customer query
