Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

CRM Manager

to manage client relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience in the real estate domain. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills with prior experience in real estate CRM.

Key Responsibilities



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer queries, grievances, and post-sales support effectively. Coordinate with sales, operations, and project teams to provide timely updates to clients. Maintain accurate records of client communications and project progress. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements in processes. Prepare reports and dashboards for management on customer interactions. Ensure smooth execution of agreements, documentation, and handover process.

Required Skills & Knowledge



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong client-handling and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of CRM software/tools & MS Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment. Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Education & Experience



Graduate / Postgraduate. Relevant experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
