Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, grievances, and post-sales support effectively.

Maintain accurate records of client communications and project progress.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements in processes.
Prepare reports and dashboards for management on customer interactions.
Ensure smooth execution of agreements, documentation, and handover process.
