We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who can build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
Manage client relationships by providing regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Design) to deliver successful marketing campaigns.
Handle client queries, feedback, and issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely delivery of results.
Up sell and cross-sell services based on client needs.
Maintain accurate records of client communication and project progress in CRM tools.
Ensure client retention and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or CRM.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
