Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling essential documentation, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, accounts, and legal departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare customer agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Schedule appointments for customer registration, ensuring that all necessary details are communicated clearly to the customers.

- Prepare Bank NOCs (No Objection Certificates) as required.

- Coordinate with bankers to ensure timely handover of documents.

- Update and maintain a comprehensive master list of customer data and transactions in Excel.

- Ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.

- Draft and prepare possession letters for customers.

- Prepare declaration letters on stamp paper as needed for legal purposes.

- Compile and finalize all possession-related documents, ensuring all information is accurate and aligned with company policy.

- Schedule possession dates and communicate relevant details to customers, ensuring a seamless handover process.

- Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team and the head office.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments, including sales, accounts, and legal teams.

- Maintain detailed records of sales bookings, allotment letters, and relevant customer documentation.

- Ensure all files are organized and readily accessible for internal review and customer inquiries.

- Ensure that sales and marketing-related bills are accurately passed and processed as per the required timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or a related field experience.

- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for master list and record management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documents.

- Ability to coordinate between different teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Knowledge of legal documentation, including NOCs, possession letters, and declaration letters.

- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
