Job Description

Key Responsibilities :



Customer Onboarding & Documentation



Verify all customer documents shared by the Sales team, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with commitments made during the sale. Review and track any deviations provided during the sales transaction. Conduct welcome calls and ensure timely dispatch of welcome kits, providing customers with essential project and payment information.

Collections & Billing Management



Achieve and exceed monthly and project-wise collection targets. Raise timely invoices in line with construction/billing milestones. Ensure regular and consistent follow-up with customers for outstanding payments until closure. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and external partners for smooth loan sanctioning and disbursements.

Customer Support & Query Resolution



Respond promptly to all customer queries through calls, emails, and visits. Address customer grievances within defined SLAs, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure positive feedback and generate referrals.

Registration & Handover Coordination



Ensure complete readiness for property registration by coordinating with internal teams and customers. Provide support to backend teams for smooth registration execution. Manage property handover formalities and ensure a seamless handover experience. Coordinate with the project/engineering team to resolve snag lists and complete final checks.

Reporting & Compliance



Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports to track collections, customer issues, and progress. Maintain documentation as per audit requirements and ensure strict adherence to policies and processes. Track and report customer touchpoints and maintain CRM systems updated at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies



Minimum 10 years of CRM experience, with at least 6-8 years in a managerial role within the real estate sector.

Strong customer orientation and ability to build long-term relationships. Result-driven with a focus on timely collections and customer satisfaction. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
